SAHM AHWP Webinar Series

SAHM Adolescent Health and Well-Being Project (AHWP) Webinar Series

Ready to turn your expertise into action? Whether you’re passionate about improving clinical practice, shaping policy, or advancing prevention efforts, this webinar series will provide the knowledge and practical skills to identify key change agents, effectively communicate the evidence, and influence decisions at the institutional, local, and state levels—all with the goal of improving adolescent and young adult health and well-being.

Learn how to transform your perspectives, evidence, stories, and experiences into effective action. In this webinar, participants will gain specific knowledge and skills to identify how, when, and where decisions are made and how best to influence those decisions by engaging with key stakeholders at the institutional, local, and state level. You will also learn about ways to disseminate knowledge by creating and sharing resources such as infographics, issue briefs, op eds, letters, and other materials.

The webinar series will be facilitated by SAHM’s AHWP Principal Investigator, Bonnie Halpern-Felsher, PhD, FSAHM and Project Consultant, Abigail English, JD

This free webinar series is open to all. To accommodate as many participants as possible, each session will be offered twice on different dates. Because these webinars are designed to be interactive, they will not be recorded. Although participants are encouraged to attend both Parts 1 and 2 to gain the full benefit of the series, registration for one session is not required to participate in the other.
